Terms of Service

Scheduling. Service is performed on your scheduled route day, after your waste hauler has emptied your bins.

Access. Bins must be empty and accessible at the curb on your service day. If bins are not accessible, we will reschedule for the next available route day.

Pricing. The advertised price is the final service price. Each plan includes up to 2 bins; additional bins are $10 each. There are no hidden fees.

Billing and cancellation. Plans renew on a recurring cycle with no long-term contract. You may change your frequency or cancel before your next billing cycle.
